We are upgrading our ERP system to a new version. That means that on 30.11 we will close quoting and order processing earlier at 16:00.
This enterprise resource planning (ERP)-system is the root of all of our work, ranging from purchasing, warehouse management, to quality control, sales, and ultimately; logistics. By upgrading ours to the EnterpriseOne 9.2 version of Oracle’s JD Edwards we are laying a strong foundation to bringing you the best and most convenient shopping experience we can for years to come. For you as an ABF customer this means that on Friday 30.11 we will ship your orders until 16:00, instead of 17:59. Furthermore, we will temporary not be able to sent you our order confirmations, quotes and shipping notifications. These will be sent to you as soon as the upgrade is done.
During the upgrade the ABF.store is up and running as usual. However, any orders or quote requests will be handled after the upgrade is finished.
We expect to be fully operational again on Monday 03.12.
