Una breve presentazione.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diciotto mesi fa, il nuovo CEO Ben van Oosterhout ha fissato un obiettivo chiaro: preparare ABF per un futuro che consenta un&#8217;ulteriore crescita e garantisca la stabilit\u00e0. &#8220;In qualit\u00e0 di CEO e membro unico del consiglio di amministrazione, \u00e8 facile rappresentare il solo punto di vulnerabilit\u00e0. Questo pu\u00f2 ostacolare la crescita e rendere l&#8217;azienda inutilmente vulnerabile. \u00c8 quindi giunto il momento di condividere le responsabilit\u00e0 ampliando il team esecutivo. La nomina di un CFO e di un CIO \u00e8 il passo successivo pi\u00f9 logico&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per cominciare, Nienke van der Reijden \u00e8 stata nominata nuovo CFO dell&#8217;azienda. Sei anni fa \u00e8 passata dal ruolo di pubblico commercialista a quello di direttore finanziario di ABF.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;All&#8217;inizio della mia carriera in ABF, mi occupavo delle fatture e delle variazioni bancarie. Noi tre ci completiamo perfettamente e condividiamo gli stessi standard e valori&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Peter Wijburg ha iniziato come responsabile IT quando ABF era ancora una piccola azienda. Fin dal primo giorno, si \u00e8 impegnato a fare di ABF un attore internazionale di rilievo. Vede il suo nuovo ruolo di CIO in modo molto concreto. &#8220;Pu\u00f2 essere il coronamento del mio lavoro, ma chiedetemi tra 18 mesi cosa ha significato esattamente. Quello che so \u00e8 che senza le persone giuste che mi sfidano e mi tengono aggiornato, non sarei riuscito a raggiungere questa posizione. All&#8217;interno di ABF c&#8217;\u00e8 una grande cultura che abbraccia l&#8217;innovazione. \u00c8 grazie a ci\u00f2 che siamo all&#8217;avanguardia nel settore IT&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ABF ha registrato un&#8217;enorme crescita negli ultimi anni e anche il futuro riserva molte opportunit\u00e0. &#8220;Senza il lavoro preparatorio di Peter e Nienke, questo non sarebbe stato possibile.
