Extended availability & shipping hours

As of 1 March 2026, we will implement the following operational changes.

Extended weekday availability
From this date onward, we are available Monday to Friday from 08:30–20:00 CET. Both our sales department and warehouse operations will be available during these hours.

Shipping Cut-Off Times
Orders placed before 19:00 CET are guaranteed to ship the same day. Shipping until 20:00 CET may be possible, depending on operational capacity. To ensure guaranteed same-day dispatch, we recommend placing urgent orders before 19:00 CET.

Discontinuation of the 24-Hour Emergency Service
As of 1 March 2026, the 24-hour emergency service will be discontinued.
