of our mission
As an international wholesaler of bearings and electric motors, we believe that long-term commercial success goes hand in hand with caring for people and the planet. That is why sustainability is explicitly embedded in our mission.
Our entrepreneurial spirit drives us to improve every day — with a hands-on approach, practical mindset, and a clear focus on the future.
Vision and focus
While sustainability has long been part of our operations, we have professionalized our efforts throughout 2024 and 2025. This included introducing the new role of ESG Lead, defining and publishing our full ESG Vision, setting strategic focus areas to ensure targeted action.
From our mission, the ESG vision derived: “ABF strives to conduct business in a way that contributes to the well-being of people, animals, and the planet. We are committed to maximizing our positive impact while minimizing harm — always guided by respect for all life.”

Commitment & Budget
We will not limit our efforts to internal processes alone. When our ESG targets cannot be fully achieved through internal improvements, we will support external charities that help us reach our goals — prioritizing initiatives that generate the greatest measurable impact.
As reflected in our Sustainability Report, we have consistently invested substantially in ESG. From 2026 onward, we have formally increased our ESG budget to a minimum of 2.5% of EBITDA. This budget will be allocated to internal improvements aimed at achieving our ESG targets, complemented by donations to charities that support objectives beyond our direct sphere of influence.
