Self Aligning Ball Bearing Double Row

Double-row self-aligning bearings have the lowest friction of all rolling-element bearings. Both rows are housed in a spherical raceway in the outer ring. This construction allows the bearing to be self-aligning. This means that any misalignment of the shaft relative to the bearing housing does not adversely affect performance. These bearings are capable of handling high radial loads. To a lesser extent, they can be axially loaded in both directions.
